Web Pages
Your website will be made up of individual pages that talk about your business. Typically, these consist of a Home page, About us/me page and a Contact page. However, you can decide on what pages are required for your website. Each package comes with a number of pre-designed pages and you can add more through your CMS access at any point. All our website packages come with a templated Terms and Privacy Policy as standard and these pages are not deducted from your allocation.

We are always on hand if you need technical help or guidance. Our UK based team are only a click away regardless of what service or package you have opted for. Our support ticketing service is open 7 days a week 8AM - 8PM.

That is why we offer a design refresh every 12 months with all our website packages. Upon your anniversary your Account Manager will be in touch to discuss any changes you would like to make to your website design and provide you with a refresh if you would like one. There is no additional charge, this is part of the continued service we provide to all customers.
SEO Friendly
All our websites are built with SEO in mind. We meet SEO best practices when building your website to ensure it's SEO friendly and easy for search engines to crawl and understand the structure and its content. Your website will also come installed with Yoast, one of the most popular SEO WordPress plugins around. Yoast is a powerful tool that will provide you recommendation on how you can improve your on-page SEO. We will also set up a Google Search Console account for your business and submit your website's sitemap for Google to index your website (in other words, tell Google your website is live).
Google Analytics
Some of our website packages include the installation of Google Analytics on your website. This allows you to monitor how many people visit your website and what they do when they arrive. It’s a very powerful tool that is a must for website owners. We will also set up a report that will be emailed to you monthly highlighting some key metrics on your website's performance.
Google My Business
Some of our website packages include us registering your business with Google My Business. This free listing service allows you to build a business profile so you can connect with more customers and provides placement onto Google Maps so you can be found easily when potential customers are searching for your services locally.
Fully Responsive
Marketing Consultation
Our Enterprise package includes an initial consultation with one of our Marketing Experts for 1 hour. They will provide professional advice on best practice for setting up your marketing presence or can offer ideas and guidance. You will have access to the Marketing Expert for 1 hour per month throughout your subscriptions and can call upon them at any time for general advice or to bounce some ideas around.
Website updates/edits (2 hrs per month)
Our Enterprise website package gives you access to monthly support from our senior designers. They will be on hand to provide updates and edits to your website for an agreed number of hours per month; this is ideal if you don't have the time to do them yourself. They can help with multiple tasks such as creating new pages, editing content or tweaking the design. Alternatively, our Knowledgebase area provides detailed guides to help you make these changes quickly and easily yourself.
We Will Make Your Vision Come Alive
We have developed an easy to follow online questionnaire that guides you through building a brief for our designers on how you would like your website to look and feel. The questionnaire will ask you about your business, what you would like to see on your website, features you would like to include as well as adding personal touches such a desired colours, fonts and pictures. This will provide us with a comprehensive brief so our designers can get to work with crafting your website to your exact requirements. Don’t worry if you are unsure of what you want, our guided questionnaire will inspire you on the way.
You will also gain access to our Project Board software where you can upload the content you want adding to your website, review mockups of your website, provide feedback and approve.
Alternatively, you can arrange a call with one of our team who will take you through the questionnaire over the phone.
