Web Design Brief
Once you have selected a web design package that best suits your business needs, we will need to know a bit more about your business and goals to help us build your perfect website.
We have developed an easy to follow online questionnaire that guides you through writing a brief for our designers explaining how you would like your website to look and feel. The questionnaire will ask you about your business, what you would like to see on your website, features you would like to include as well as adding personal touches such a desired colours, fonts and pictures. This will provide us with a comprehensive brief so our designers can get to work with crafting your website to your exact requirements. This can be completed over the phone with our team on request.
You can provide us with the content you would like on each page of the website. This may include a breakdown of all your services, an about us bio, your contact details and any images/videos (we can supply royalty-free images although we always recommend using your own media wherever possible). You can send us any information you want visible on your website via your client area. Don’t worry if you don’t have the content ready, we can leave spaces available on the website so you can update this when you’re ready.
Ready To Go Live
Once you submit your online questionnaire, our designers will get straight to work on designing your website. We aim to have your homepage mockup ready within 3 workings days from when we receive your online questionnaire although we aim to be quicker!
Once your homepage is approved, we will continue working on the rest of your web design. You will have access to your client area where you will be notified every time an update has been made for you to review.
Once you’re happy with the look and feel, we’ll deploy the website and your dedicated Account Manager will be in touch to arrange a handover call. During the call, we’ll show you around the CMS and give you some training on how to manage your website going forward.
