If you are looking to sell products and services online, we have you covered with our eCommerce Add-On! All you need to do is select a pay monthly website package along with the eCommerce Add-On (selected at the checkout), and we will build you an online shop so you can start selling your items.
Select a package
The first step is to select a pay monthly website package above. Once you go through to the checkout, click the eCommerce Add-On. This will then notify our web developers that you are looking to sell products/services. We’ll ask you for more information about your shop once you have signed up.
Initial product/service setup
As part of the initial build, we will upload up to 10 products or services to get you started. There are no restrictions on the number of products you can have in your shop and we will provide full training and support to help you upload future products and how to manage your shop.
Unlimited products/services
You can have an unlimited number of products and services in your shop, there are no restrictions! We will upload the first 10 for you and provide full training and support so you can upload new products as and when required.
Accept secure online payments
Securely accept credit and debit card payments with Stripe and PayPal integration. Please note that merchants such as Stripe and PayPal will charge a small processing fee on each payment. This is standard practice for all merchants and is typically anywhere between 1.4%-3%.
Create discount codes
Run special offers and promotions by creating discount codes that your customers can use at the checkout.
Shipping management tools

Web Pages
Your website will be made up of individual pages that talk about your business. Typically, these consist of a Home page, About us/me page and a Contact page. However, you can decide on what pages are required for your website. Each package comes with a number of pre-designed pages and you can add more through your CMS access at any point. All our website packages come with a templated Terms and Privacy Policy as standard and these pages are not deducted from your allocation.

Upon your anniversary your Account Manager will be in touch to discuss any changes you would like to make to your website design and provide you with a refresh if you would like one. SEO Friendly
All our websites are built with SEO in mind. We meet SEO best practices when building your website to ensure it's SEO friendly and easy for search engines to crawl and understand the structure and its content. Your website will also come installed with Yoast, one of the most popular SEO WordPress plugins around. Yoast is a powerful tool that will provide you recommendation on how you can improve your on-page SEO. We will also set up a Google Search Console account for your business and submit your website's sitemap for Google to index your website (in other words, tell Google your website is live).

Some of our website packages include the installation of Google Analytics on your website. This allows you to monitor how many people visit your website and what they do when they arrive. It’s a very powerful tool that is a must for website owners. We will also set up a report that will be emailed to you monthly highlighting some key metrics on your website's performance.

Some of our website packages include us registering your business with Google My Business. This free listing service allows you to build a business profile so you can connect with more customers and provides placement onto Google Maps so you can be found easily when potential customers are searching for your services locally.

Marketing Consultation
Our Enterprise package includes an initial consultation with one of our Marketing Experts for 1 hour. They will provide professional advice on best practice for setting up your marketing presence or can offer ideas and guidance. You will have access to the Marketing Expert for 1 hour per month throughout your subscriptions and can call upon them at any time for general advice or to bounce some ideas around.
Website updates/edits (2 hrs per month)
Our Enterprise website package gives you access to monthly support from our senior designers. They will be on hand to provide updates and edits to your website for an agreed number of hours per month; this is ideal if you don't have the time to do them yourself. They can help with multiple tasks such as creating new pages, editing content or tweaking the design. Alternatively, our Knowledgebase area provides detailed guides to help you make these changes quickly and easily yourself.
